Silly Nazis

How could people deny the Holocaust?
Not only is there a mountain of evidence, but there are survivors!  And their stories are strong enough to stand alone.
So many Jews were killed.  Millions of them.  Men, women, and children.  Murdered in cold-blood for not a single good reason.  It is definitely not one of the brightest spots in the human timeline.
The sad part:  We will never know what brilliant ideas died with the victims of the Holocaust.

DriLL, BaBy, DriLL!

Poor Sponge Bob Square Pants.  I wonder what the BP Executives told their children.

"Well, kids, daddy and his friends made a booboo that has polluted Sponge Bob's habitat.  He now has no place to live and will probably die."

Actually, I'm practicing/preparing for the day my oldest child makes the connection between the oil disaster and his favorite cartoon character.

President Obama should place a halt to all offshore drilling.  The only people who seem to have a problem with this are those with financial interests in oil.

You would think these people are blind, or maybe they just numbed themselves to the numerous families that will be affected by this event for many years to come.  The truth is that these people could care less about anything, especially becoming independent of oil because it makes them soooo much money!  I mean, $45M a day is a nice chunk of change.

Poor Sponge Bob Square Pants and his supporting cast.  My Heart goes out to your fans.  Maybe the look on the faces of their children will encourage the serious exploration of clean energy alternatives.

Fifty Bucks

I have heard chatter of the United States Mint changing the face of the Fifty-Dollar Bill from Ulysses S. Grant to former President Ronald Reagan. I'm an 80s-Baby, so I don't recall much about Reagan's presidency, but Ulysses S. Grant and the Union Army defeated the Confederate soldiers in the Civil War.

What did Reagan do? A War on Drugs? It's failing, horribly...but it did manage to put a lot of good people in prison for a really long time. His granddaddy just may have been in the Confederate Army.

The removal of Ulysses S. Grant from the Fifty-Dollar Bill would be a slap in the face to the very people that benefited from the Confederate Army's surrendering to the Union. If Reagan's face has to be on a bill, put him on the Twenty instead of Andrew Jackson's mugshot.

What's next, W on the Five instead of Abe?

Personality

Your Personality is just that…

Yours. Nobody else's.

Don't suppress your personality or allow anyone else to do so. The fact that you don't like the same things that I like is exactly what makes me want to talk to you. That's what makes us as a people unique.

You feel me?

What does your personality say?

Life

Sometimes, life can seem to move at an unforgiving pace. Other times, it seems to be standing still. Either fast or slow, one makes me appreciate the other.

I only seem to notice how fast time passes when some big event comes around, like my little sister's graduation this May. It seems like only yesterday, I was fixing her bottle. She's not so little anymore. Seems like I was changing my little brother's diaper last week, now he's a prospect for college football.

Oh, how time flys. Before you know it, you are retired with grandchildren to run around after.

Cheers to the people who take the pretty with the ugly, the thick with the thin, the good with the bad.

Life. Don't just live it. Experience it.
